Internships as springboard

innogy provides refugees with professional qualifications.

innogy offers displaced people the opportunity to sit in on work activities in the company or to complete an internship. We support them with introductory training programmes and apprenticeships in finding their feet into our working and living environment and discovering new vistas. To this end, innogy is working closely with authorities, local welfare organisations and other companies on site.

After completing his internship at innogy, Ghaith Samman received a fixed-term contract.
