Vocational qualification and voluntary commitment at innogy
innogy focuses on vocational qualification because we believe in a win-win situation for all participants. We have heard and understood the need of long term integration of refugees in the world of work. Now, it is our aim to implement it to all forms of employment. Therefore we have already helped 180 refugees with their first steps on the German job market and a lot of them remained. innogy also gives the chance to engage in volunteering. That’s how we support diversity, openness and intercultural understanding at all levels.
We believe in diversity. And this does not only mean gender, but also includes age, religion, origin and language. Therefore, we support the idea behind refugees@innogy.
