innogy supports integration

innogy offers language courses and internships to help refugees integrate.

Several participants in the language courses have accepted internships to come on board at various innogy departments.
One of them was Leena Moulhim from Aleppo, Syria, who was driven from her home by the civil war. The German class that innogy employees offer for refugees helped her gain her bearings in Germany more easily. Leena passed the class with flying colours, and completed a three-month internship at Companius.

We asked Leena to speak in her native Arabic here so that it would be easier for her to express herself as freely as possible. We’ve included subtitles. Take the time to listen to her report.
