Occupational health, emergency medicine and in-company social counselling, preventive measures and clearly defined safety regulations: We are responsible for our employees in the workplace. It is therefore our goal and obligation to protect them against potential risks in the workplace. We minimise risks to our employees with comprehensive occupational health and safety management. 

We want to be the employer of choice, attract talent and prepare our employees for the challenges of tomorrow. With initiatives such as the IdeaLab or innoyou, we encourage employee ideas and their pioneering spirit #PIONIERGEIST. 

innogy is colourful – and we are not just referring to the company colours. We promote diversity in the company. By setting ambitious targets, we want to see more women in leadership positions. Various networks such as the Women’s Network boasting more than 500 members, the LGBT&friends network or Enermates for young workers help to create a diverse and innovative environment.
