If your application has convinced us, we'll want to get to know you a little bit better by conducting a phone interview. We'll want to find out who you are. What makes you tick, what motivates you, why will you fit in at innogy? Show us your #PIONIERGEIST. Prepare well and convince us that you have the right skillset. Just as you would in a face-to-face interview.
We want to make sure that you'll find your way around the company quickly. A mentor – your personal helper during your first weeks at the company – will actively and personally support you with all questions that may arise. In this way you'll quickly get to know your colleagues and find out everything you'll need to know about your area of responsibility and your department.

How can I apply?
Which documents should I send with my application?We need a cover letter, a C.V. and your most recent school reports or other relevant certificates.Please include them as attachments. They can be easily uploaded using the innogy application assistant. We will also need the completed online application form.
How will I find out if my application has been received?
Once you have sent the application, a receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered straight away.
How and when will I receive feedback on my application?
Have you applied for a position that was advertised? Then we'll e-mail you as soon as we have screened your documents. This may take two to three months since we check each application we receive thoroughly. Have you registered in the system and activated the job alert? Then we'll be in touch once we have matched your profile to an existing vacancy.
Does innogy check candidates' details on social networks?innogy does not do research on social networks like Facebook.Exceptions to this rule are positions that are particularly sensitive in terms of legal and technological security.We actively address candidates only through business networks such as XING or LinkedIn. Those platforms and databases have been created especially for this purpose.
Can I apply using my XING or LinkedIn profile?
No. We actively address candidates through relevant databases, platforms and business networks such as XING or LinkedIn. However, currently it is not yet possible to apply directly via your XING or LinkedIn profiles. An option for referencing your profiles in Facebook or other social networks is included in the online application form.
How do I best prepare for the interview?We customise our selection processes. They are tailored to the position you have applied for. However, we can give you some general advice on preparing for your interview.Convince us with your knowledge about innogy and the energy industry. You can find plenty of information about us on our website and in the media.Think about comments you would like to make and questions you want to ask on the field of work you have applied for. This is where you can shine by being well prepared.We are interested in your personal goals as well as your strengths and weaknesses. What should I do if I can't log in?
Click on "I forgot my password" on the log-in screen. Enter your user name and/or the e-mail address you used for your registration. You will receive a new password within a few minutes. You will need to change that password the next time you log in.

How well protected is my data?
We comply with all legal stipulations with regard to data protection as a matter of course. In coordination with our data protection officer we have implemented an effective access and data protection policy. Your data can only be accessed by authorised persons and is treated as confidential.
How long will my data be kept on file?You decide how long the data from your online registration will be stored in our system. You haven't accessed your account for six months? Then we’ll notify you that your data is about to be deleted if you do not reactivate the account. You can, of course, also delete your profile and your account at any time from the log-in area yourself.Your data is collected, processed and used in accordance with our data protection policy. This is regardless of the type of your application (online registration or direct application for an advertised position).
