Sandra: Team player and UI/UX designer
Sandra Karl knows her customers well. After all they are her innogy colleagues. The head of Customer Experience within the HR Department works with her team to create practical, smart and user-friendly products and services for employees, like the HR portal. “It’s a pretty cool job”, says Sandra Karl. “When we succeed in improving a product to the benefit of the customer, it is a great feeling.” An integral part of her work is UI and UX design: “Positive experiences along the customer journey increase customer satisfaction and improve efficiency within the company.”
Judith: Helping shape digitisation
Judith Erb knows innogy well – after working for a long time in Renewables. In 2016 she was one of five participants to begin the first Digital Booster programme. In 15 months Erb has increased her digital skills in the areas of Data, Digital Marketing, Development and Design: “The opportunity to work on different digital projects and my newly acquired skills allow me to initiate change processes.” She continues to use her recent experience for the good of innogy, still in the Renewables segment – but this time with a digital focus.
