I have been working for innogy in the IDC for two years now and am in charge of the UX/UI Design department. We try to implement the best possible user experience for all of innogy's digital solutions across the group. I find it particularly motivating to contribute to shaping the digitalisation in the energy industry, to make services and products quickly accessible and applicable for our customers. I highly appreciate the team spirit within the company. We meet at eye level and have a common goal.
As a mother and manager, I am grateful for the flexible working model that innogy offers me as well as the trust my team places in me. I have grown professionally and personally and also had the chance to learn from mistakes. To make a long story short: I love my job.
