Through individually arranged training sessions and project work we will help you to develop your personal and technical skills. You can hold your mentor to that. And there is a good chance of a permanent position with us once you‘ll have successfully completed your trainee programme.

What has been the highlight of your trainee programme so far?
The trainee programme enabled me to build a network within the company and provided me with an excellent comprehensive overview of the different divisions.
Please give us some more details. What is the quintessence?
As part of the trainee programme I was given the unique opportunity to be placed in many different divisions of Süwag and Syna and to actively contribute to the work there. In this way I met many colleagues working on a wide variety of tasks and was able to build an extensive network within the company. For my current role this means that I already know most of my contacts personally from the trainee programme. This makes working with them very easy, even across different departments. In addition to the great benefits for my professional development I particularly enjoy that I now mostly deal with familiar people in everything I do at Süwag and Syna.
What is your personal advice for other applicants for this programme?
Try to be actively involved in drawing up your programme schedule and get to know as many other divisions within the company in addition to your own department as you can.

When do I have to apply for the programme?
Who is the programme targeted at?
The programme is aimed at committed and interested Master's graduates who are looking to start a career in the energy industry.
Will I be working with other programme participants?
You'll work directly with the colleagues within your core area of activity and the stations you'll pass through. You'll regularly exchange your experiences with the other trainees and you'll work on different projects together.
What exactly will my work in the department consist of?
The objective of the trainee programme is to gain a deep insight into the tasks and activities of your core area of activity and to get to know neighbouring departments and interfaces. As part of your work you'll be introduced step by step to different tasks, with the aim of you eventually taking them on completely by yourself.
Will the company offer me an employment contract after I’ve finished the programme?
The trainee programme is geared towards binding talents to the Süwag Group in the long term and preparing them for exciting positions within the company. Nonetheless we cannot guarantee that we will offer you a permanent employment contract at the start of the programme. However, as part of the continuous feedback process we will discuss career prospects at Süwag Group from an early stage.
